Preparing Root Medicines

with Olatokunboh Obasi MSc, RH (AHG), CNS

Plant medicines come to us full of stories, magic, and power. We often oversimplify the way we work with herbs by reducing plants into "this herb for that condition". By their nature, root medicines ask us to go deeper. They draw out faith, history, and mystery. They evoke memories and ask us to recall our own deep underground beginnings. In this workshop, Ola will draw upon her deep ancestral knowledge of root medicines and her favorite methods of preparing them.
