Yin Yoga Immersion

Most yoga practices help improve strength, flexibility, and balance. But at some point, we find ourselves reaching the limits of our flexibility. And many people still struggle with joint problems or difficulty sitting still for prolonged periods.
The “other half” of yoga … A yin yoga practice offers deep release on many levels, strengthening and lengthening the connective tissues in your body, healthy stressing of your joints, increasing your range of motion, opening and clearing energy channels, ultimately giving us a feeling of ease and lightness in the body.
Yin Yoga provides a safe space of stillness for self-study, heightened awareness, and time to explore the poses and how your body reacts to subtle adjustments. By engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, it nourishes your immune system and healing response, and brings a deep sense of calm.
